How do you create a deposit invoice with EYE LEAD?

Open your quote, click “Invoice a deposit” and choose a percentage or an amount incl. VAT. You can also create a deposit invoice directly with “New › Deposit invoice”.

Does the final invoice deduct the deposits automatically?

Yes. It covers the full service and adds one deduction line per deposit and per VAT rate, citing the number and date of the deposit invoice.

Do deposit invoices work with e-invoicing?

Yes. They go out in Factur-X format via SUPER PDP, the approved platform connected to EYE LEAD, with the document type specific to deposit invoices.

Do deposit invoices count toward the monthly quota?

Yes, they’re invoices like any other: 2 a month on Solo, 10 on Studio, and unlimited from Pro. Quotes, on the other hand, are unlimited on every plan.
