General terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of EYE LEAD, a project management and steering platform intended for coaches, creators and entrepreneurs, published and marketed by LENGIGNON MORGANE (Morgane LENGIGNON), entrepreneure individuelle (EI, French sole proprietorship), trading name LM FIT, SIREN 983 875 733, 76140 Le Petit-Quevilly (Seine-Maritime), France. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. The Service

EYE LEAD offers management of projects, tasks, scheduling, accounting, content creation and, depending on the plan, the scheduling and publishing of posts on connected social networks. The features available depend on the plan subscribed to.

3. Account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the activity on your account.
• Each account’s data is kept separate: you only access your own data and data shared with your team.
• You undertake to provide accurate information and to use the Service in compliance with the law.

4. Plans, trial and payment

• EYE LEAD offers several plans (Solo, Studio, Pro, Business, Enterprise), billed monthly or annually.
• A 7-day free trial starts when the account is created, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a plan is chosen; no amount is charged without a subscription. When a plan is subscribed to during the trial, the first charge takes place at the end of the trial.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown excl. VAT.
• The subscription renews automatically; you can cancel it at any time from your settings, effective at the end of the current period.

5. Third-party social networks

Connecting an Instagram or Facebook account is done through Meta’s official APIs and requires compliance with those platforms’ terms of use. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for its compliance with the rules of the networks concerned. EYE LEAD acts solely as a scheduling and publishing tool at your request.

6. Content ownership

You remain the owner of the content you create and publish through EYE LEAD. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to host and publish this content on your behalf.

7. Liability

EYE LEAD is provided “as is”. We strive to provide a reliable and continuous service, without guaranteeing that it will be free of interruptions. We cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for loss of data attributable to non-compliant use.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms or fraudulent use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
